The Caron Foundation, in rural Pennsylvania, is where Miss USA Tara Conner, underwent treatment. It's located in rural Pennsylvania, and it's not a swanky, celebrity-oriented facility. It was founded by Richard Caron, a Reading PA industrialist and alcoholic. According to Wikipedia:
